Description This Pennsylvania State Quarter Pendant has been Hand Cut from a United States Quarter that was minted in 1999. It was the first year of the State Quarter series. After we Hand Cut the Coin we mount it in a Coin Mount that protects the work after we are done. After that step we finish the pendant in 14 Karat Gold and Rhodium to bring out the best of the design. The Pendant comes with a 14 Karat Gold plated Snake Chain.
