Fully ECE certified (Standard model only – check local regulations regarding mounting a single lamp), the Linear-42 can be installed to work side-by-side with the XC90’s standard high beam lights for a significant lighting upgrade that leaves little to the imagination.</p> <p>The Linear-42, with its low profile aerodynamic design is the perfect choice for customers looking for a more discreet LED driving light roof install, with the added benefit of superior low wind noise at high driving speeds. Despite the smaller proportions of the light, lighting performance is still exceptional with the beam pattern matching excellent distance illumination (Standard: 1 lux at 492m, Elite: 1 lux at 765m), with a spread of light to the left/right of the road that leaves nothing to the imagination. The Linear-42 Standard also falls within UNECE regulations allowing the lamp to be connected to your standard high beams (where local regulations allow).</p> <p>Manufactured from A2 stainless steel, and finished with a UV-stable, satin black powder coat, the mounting brackets are fully corrosion resistant in line with automotive grade quality standards, as are the supplied countersunk anti-theft fasteners, and cylindrical spacers to aid positioning of the lamp. The Linear-42 itself is designed and manufactured in the UK to exacting standards, complete with 5-year warranty, and lifetime lens guarantee.</p> <p>Where the vehicle has Xenon or LED headlights as standard, it may not be possible to detect a 12V high beam signal.
